Hawaiian Word of the Week: Ho'onanea

Hoʻonānea (“ho'oh-nă'-nē'-ah”) is the Hawaiian word for at ease or to relax. It means to quiet your mind. To be content.

I don’t know about you, but I am still struggling to find that contentment and normalcy. We are planning our annual trip to Kaua’i in less than a month. I am hoping that the magic will still be there because as long as the toes are in the water and the sun is on my face, I am content.

Where are you the most content?
