ORDERING AND BILLING
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the time of purchase to reserve your upcoming seasonal boxes. Shipments occur in November and May.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, but you may cancel at anytime when you sign into your account.
How can I make changes to my subscription?
You can view and manage your subscription from your Customer Account. After logging in, click the Account link to:
- View your order history
- Manage your subscription
- Add and update billing and shipping information
- Update your name or password
Where do you ship?
Our boxes ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We plan to start shipping to additional countries soon. Want to know when? Sign up for our monthly newsletter to be the first in the know!
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How much is shipping?
Our boxes ship for free to addresses within the U.S. and $19 to addresses in Canada.
When will my box ship?
Once your order is placed, please allow 3-7 business days for your box to ship. If you’ve signed up for a subscription, your boxes will ship in November and May.
How will my order be shipped?
While we use a variety of shipping methods, we primarily ship through the United States Postal Service. Please review all shipping information carefully during checkout. Upon placing your order, a confirmation page will display your order number. You'll receive a mahalo note from us in your inbox, once your order has been confirmed. Then, when your order ships, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
Can I ship boxes to multiple addresses?
Yes, just please submit separate orders - one order per address. Mahalo!
What is your return policy?
Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final.
What happens if an item was damaged?
Yikes! So sorry about that. We will work with you to make it right. Please email us at ohana @ shelivesaloha.com. If the exact item is not available, we will replace it with a similar one.
What is your cancellation policy?
We get it. Life happens. To cancel your subscription, log into your account at least five days before your box is scheduled to ship and click Cancel Subscription. To allow adequate time to process orders, we ask that you do not cancel within five days prior to shipment.
I never received my box. What now?
If your package did not arrive or you received incorrect items, please contact us at ohana @ shelivesaloha.com. Please note that the waiting period for shipments varies by destination. Domestic packages are deemed “lost” 30 days after shipment.

Is the Lives Aloha box just for women?
Anyone is welcome to join the She Lives Aloha ohana. We have an active and supportive community on Facebook. Join our Facebook Group here. Can I gift a Lives Aloha box?
Absolutely! You will be able to include a gift message during checkout.
