Hawaiian Word of the Week: Komo mai e noho
Last week, I fell into the trap of over scheduling myself and the kids. The result? A couple of tired, cranky kids and a tired, cranky mama.
So, this week, I’ve resolved to do the opposite, which inspired our Hawaiian phrase of the week: “Komo mai e noho” or “come in, sit, and rest.” May this be a reminder to take it easy. Focus on the things that matter and give yourself the face to let go of the rest.
