Just learned that the Hawaiian word for sovereignty and breath is one and the same: ea [eh-ah].

Ea is also the word for life, air and spirit. 

For being such a short word, it’s such a powerful one.

When times are tough, remember “ea” and your personal sovereignty. Remember that no one can hold you back or keep you down.
