Hawaiian Word of the Week: Ho'omaha
This Thanksgiving weekend was fun-filled with many hours spent with friends and family. It was weird to be busy non-stop. This morning I wanted nothing more than to take a moment and think about what next.
That’s why this week’s #MindfulMonday post is ho’omaha [ho’oh mah-hah], which is “to take a break” in Hawaiian. May you take some time to rest and recharge this week before the mad dash of the holiday season.
